You can delete everything we hold about you, right here, without asking anyone. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Every room photo you added
  • Every answer you gave about your home, your health and your daily life
  • Every plan, scope of work, phone script and email we generated for you
  • Every contractor bid you uploaded and every review we produced

What we keep, and why

If you paid us, we keep the payment record itself — the amount and the date — because tax rules require it. Your name and email are stripped from it, so it no longer points to you. We keep nothing else.

We’ll send you a link to confirm. That’s all we need — you don’t have to find anything.

Stuck either way? Email support@raindango.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll delete your data for you.
