Privacy
You're telling us about falls, bathing and memory. We treat that as seriously as it deserves. Here is exactly what happens to it, in plain words.
What we collect
- Your answers in the home safety check — about your home, your mobility, your health and your daily routine.
- Your email address, so you can come back to your plan.
- Contractor bids you choose to upload, and the reviews we generate from them.
- If you buy something, Stripe handles the payment and tells us that it succeeded. We never see your card number.
What we do with it
We use your answers to build your plan and to review bids against your actual needs. That's it. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it in advertising or marketing. We do not share it with contractors, insurers, or anyone who might make a decision about you.
Who else sees it
Two companies process data on our behalf, and no one else: Supabase stores it, and Anthropic processes it to generate your plan and bid reviews. Your answers are sent to Anthropic's API only to produce your documents. If you pay, Stripe processes the payment.
We would disclose information if the law compelled us to. Nothing in this policy pretends otherwise.
How it's protected
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to the application itself. We deliberately keep your information out of our error logs — when something breaks, we record the shape of the failure, never its contents.
Deleting it
You can delete everything yourself, without waiting for us: delete my data. All you need is the email address you used — we send you a link to confirm, and that’s it. You don’t have to find a plan ID or dig out an old email. It removes every answer, every plan and every bid review, and it cannot be undone.
If you paid us, we keep the payment record itself — amount and date — because tax rules require it. Your name and email are removed from it, so it no longer identifies you.
Children
This service is for adults planning for themselves or someone they care for. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to information you already gave us, we'll say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
Contact
Questions about your data, or trouble with the deletion page? Email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll do it for you.
This is an informational planning tool — not medical, legal or contracting advice.
