See what you receive
A clearer plan, one step at a time.
Illustrative example. This is a fictional home, not a customer report. Your own result depends on your answers; an on-site professional confirms measurements and conditions.
1. Your free readiness score and priorities
Your result includes a readiness score and a list of changes in priority order. The score helps organize planning; it does not predict falls or certify a home as safe.
Example priorities for a home with a dim hallway and a difficult shower entrance| Priority | Home concern | Next step to discuss |
|---|
| Address first | A dim route from the bedroom to the bathroom | Improve lighting and clear the walking route. |
| Plan next | Stepping over the shower entrance is difficult | Discuss access and support needs with an occupational therapist and a qualified contractor. |
| Consider later | Storage requires frequent reaching | Move everyday items within comfortable reach; consider storage changes as needs develop. |
2. Optional: Contractor's Bid Sheet
This paid document turns the priorities into a numbered scope of work. Each contractor quotes the same lines and identifies exclusions or proposed changes. A phone script and an email template are included.
Example scope line: hallway lighting
Confirm existing lighting, switch access, and electrical conditions on site. Propose lighting for the bedroom-to-bathroom route, list the fixtures and controls included, and identify any electrical work or permits required.
Ask every bidder: What is included? What is excluded? What needs to be checked before the price can be confirmed?
3. Optional: Full Review
This includes the bid sheet and reviews of up to three contractor bids against your home plan. It identifies missing scope and prepares questions; it does not choose your contractor or declare a price fair.
Example question after comparing bids
“Your quote includes new hallway lights, but does not name the fixtures, switch locations, or electrical work. Can you confirm these items and list any exclusions?”
You can print your results and discuss them with family. Contractor documents and bid reviews are optional; your readiness score and priorities remain free.
